Who receives team emails
Team emails go to one address: the email your workspace signed up with. They are not routed by role, and they do not fan out to every member. The exceptions are the invitation and its reminder (to the invitee), the ownership transfer notice (to both parties), and the suspension notice (to every active Owner and Admin).
You change the workspace address under Settings → Account. A verification email goes to the new address before it takes effect.

You do not send these, but you will be asked about them.

Your rejection reasons are sent to the advocate verbatim. Write them accordingly.

Can I turn digests off?

Do all team members get everything?
No. Team emails go to the workspace's signup address only. See the exceptions above.
Can I change the wording?
Not currently, other than the reasons you write on rejections, which are sent as you wrote them.
An advocate says they got nothing
Check spam first. If it is genuinely missing, send the advocate name and the email you expected to support@kindlinghq.com.
Does Kindling send password reset emails?
No. Sign-in is handled by Clerk, which sends its own reset and verification emails.
